Erik Krikortz is responsible for the personal information at Emotionalcities.com. Emotionalcities.com collects user submitted information such as name, email address, and age or gender or other profile data. Emotionalcities.com also collects answers to a couple of questions such as ”How are you today?”. Emotionalcities.com logs non-personally-identifiable information from everybody who registers, such as IP address, profile information and aggregate user data. Emotionalcities.com does not log this data from not registered visitors of the website.

Purpose of Information Collection
The information is used as a base for statistical calculations on the website, which are displayed in the form of graphical charts. It is also used for administration of the website, for controlling how the website is used and for improving it. All information may be used for academic research but will in this case be treated anonymously and confidentially. The non-personally-identifiable information might be shared with third parties and/or lead to the further development of the website. The users’ IP adresses are logged for security reasons. Your personal data is treated with the utmost carefulness and respect.

How a user has answered the question “How are you today?” may be accessed through the website’s API. If a user is a member of a group, its answers to the question “How are you today?” are accessible for other members of the same group.

Correcting/Updating or Removing Information
Emotionalcities.com users may modify or remove any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account and changing their personal information. All statistic data is saved in connection with the user’s personal data during the time the user is registered at the website. If you deregister, your personal data is erased and the statistic information will be anonymous.

Emotionalcities.com may terminate your membership at any time, without warning. Even after membership is terminated, this agreement will remain in effect.

Use of Cookies

Emotionalcities.com:s användare kan när som helst ändra och ta bort personlig information genom att logga in på sitt konto och ändra sina uppgifter. All statistisk data sparas kopplat till användarens personliga uppgifter, så länge användaren är registrerad på webbplatsen. Vid avregistrering raderas den personliga informationen och den statistiska informationen blir anonym.

Emotionalcities.com kan när som helst och utan förvarning avsluta ditt medlemskap. Även om medlemskapet har avslutats gäller villkoren i det här avtalet.
